Apologies to All:  I've discovered my recent emails are only going to a select few (The good students who completed their profile assignment in a timely manner).  I missed the setup step of activating emails for all users when I uploaded the rosters.  Now that this is resolved, everyone should be getting my emails again.  

There are two timely items that you may need to catch up on:  

1) there is a makeup swim clinic tonight in place of the blue practice.  No dry land for blue team tonight.  Topic is flip turns.  

2) Everyone needs to get their profiles updated, sign up for volunteer spots, AND RSVP your swimmers for the upcoming meet ASAP.  This is a new procedure this year.  No more emailing here and there to let people know your going to miss a meet.  Its now all done through the Portal.  

Instead resending all those emails again.  Please go to the Portal home page, http://huntleyhills.swim-team.us/ and click the News menu option.  There will find some very important updates that you may have missed, including instructions on how to do #2 above.  FYI, this will be the case for future emails as well.  If you tragically delete one of my supremely important emails, you can always find in in the News section.

Again, I'm sorry for the setup error on my part, this is new for me too.
