2015 Meet Schedule:  The good news is the schedule is out.  The bad news is who's on it.  The good news is concession sales will be rocking this year.  The bad news is we're going to have some really long meets this year.  The season goes like this:  Dunwoody CC (H), Brittany (H), Dunwoody North (A), Fontainebleau (H), Hampton Hall (A).  

Parent Handbook Posted: Now that we have the schedule, the parent handbook has been completed.  You can find it in the Links section right on the home page of the team portal, which hopefully everyone has booked marked by now.  I'm also trying to link it in this email but I'm not sure if that is going to work.

RSVP & Volunteers:  Now that we know the schedule, the meets are added to the calendar on the portal, meaning RSVP and Volunteer sign-ups are open.  Remember, each family is required to work at least 2 sessions.  A session is half of a swim meet.  The RSVP process is for you to declare that your swimmer will or will not be attending that swim meet.  Most of you have planned out the summer and know which meets you'll be attending or not.  If things change, please update as soon as possible.  It is a real burden on the coaches when last minute changes are required.

Suit Orders:  Please remember to get your suit orders placed by April 15.  

Pending Registrations:  Just a reminder that some of you did not complete the payment portion of the registration.  This must be completed before the first practices.  

Spring Break:  Everyone have a great time off from school next week.  I'll be traveling myself so may not respond to emails in a timely manner.
