ASA Championships:  

We have 45 swimmers going this year, again one of the largest groups we've ever had going.  We have several swimmers ranked in the Top 10 for their events, so it will be an exciting day.

Warm-ups:  7:50 am.  All swimmers should be at Tech by 7:30 am.  Those needing rides, wanting to caravan/carpool, should be at the club for a 7:00 am departure.  Additionally, we could use some "early-birds" willing to meet Kelly Adams at Tech at 7:00 am to help claim and reserve a bullpen area for the team.  This is always a cutthroat task so the more we have the better it goes.

Events:  Most everyone knows what events they are swimming, they picked them.  Everyone should have their events already on their arm and name on their back.  The name on back is extremely important for our young swimmers as worker have no clue who kids are.  Here is the entry list for the meet, Huntley Hills is on pages 41-43.  This has the Heat and Lane assignments.

Psych Sheet:  Here is a link to the psych sheet.  Those that care about it probably already have it downloaded and printed.  For those who are wondering what this is, it is a document that list every entry for each event ranked by their seed times, fastest first.  Hence, this is how I know that we have some swimmer's in the Top 10 for their events.  

Snacks & Drinks:  Mary is bringing a collection of drinks and snacks for the kids in the bullpen.  There is usually a concession stand open during the meet.  There is also a smoothy shop, but the lines are long.  

Post Meet Party:  It an annual traditional to go to the Varsity after the meet and hope everyone can join us.
