Parent Meeting Reminder:  Don’t forget the parent meeting on Sunday, March 20.  The suit sizing starts at 4:00pm and the meeting starts at 5:00pm.  Registration is open online at huntleyhills.swim-team.us

Sponsorships:  We need everyone to help out with team sponsorships.  There is a ton of work involved with this and most (all) of it falls on Allison.  Let’s give her a hand.  Here is a link to the team sponsorship letter.  Please consider reaching to your favorite merchants and encourage them to become a Hammerhead team sponsor.  Please drop Allison Pellettieri a note because she keeps track of who’s been contacted. 

Junior Hammerhead Coaches:  Don’t forget that anyone wanting to be a Jr. .Hammerhead Coach must get their resume and cover letter in by March 27.  If you are a rising 8th grader or older, please send a resume and cover letter to Mary Finnegan.  The coaches will be announced at the April 24th swimmer assessments.  The cover letter should include why you think you would make a good coach and any dates you know you will not be available during the swim season (camps, family vacations, etc.).  This is not a paid position but a financial gratuity will be provided at the end of the season.
