Time Trials:  At today’s practices (White, Red, & Blue) we will be conducting time trials.  Each swimmer will be timed in all four strokes, or the ones that they can swim.  We need everyone that can make it to today’s practices to do so.  We know that some kids may have finals coming up, so there will not be any dry land training to keep the practices to one hour max.  The coaches could use some volunteers at practice to help with timing and recording times.  If you can help, please see the coaches.

Swim Gear:  We will be handing out swim gear today at practices.  Every swimmer will receive a swim team Tshirt and bag.  Those that ordered suits and caps will receive those too.  If you didn’t order a cap but would like one just bring me $7, exact change please.
