Hi -

We are keeping an eye on the weather tonight and hoping for the best! Please see attached info for events your child is swimming. If there are changes I will send that out later today. The theme for tonight is neon. 

If you can not make it, or you need to leave early, please let us know. We had a few families last week who either didn't show up or just left the meet early and we had to scramble to fill the relay spots after spending time looking for the swimmers. It is unfair to the coaches and volunteers, and we understand things happen, so please just let us know.

We still need the following volunteers:

9/10 boys, 1st and 2nd shift, no one has signed up. We have 10 boy swimmers in this age group and only 6 of the 10 families have signed up to volunteer at this meet. If you have not signed up and you can please do so, otherwise we can not guarantee your child will make it to their event.

Concession Stand - we need more hands for the 2nd and 3rd shifts. We need at least 1 for the 2nd shift and 2 for the 3rd. You can leave to watch your child swim, and it is cooler in this room than outside, and if it rains you are dry. Win win!

Post meet cleanup - this is quick and easy and can be started as the meet is finishing. The more hands we have the faster we go!
