Hi - we have a correction on times for morning practice. Please see confirmed times below. Wednesday practices will be at 830 for everyone (except guppies who will be at their usual time) so we can do ribbons and donuts. 

Morning practices start this Friday. They will be Monday through Friday. We will also have evening practices on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 6-8 pm(excluding guppies).

Practice schedule is as follows:

Guppies - 8:00-8:30

White 1 - 8:00-8:45

White 2 - 8:30-9:15

Blue - 9:00 - 10:00

Red - 9:45-11:00

The first 15 minutes of practice is dryland followed by swimming.
