Hi! We are still watching the weather and as of 1pm the meet is still on. We will keep an eye on it and we will send out an email and update the FB page if anything changes (HHSTC Hammerheads Swim Team).

We are still missing volunteers. As a reminder we require ALL families to volunteer through the season. We have 31 families signed up to volunteer for this meet and we have 62 different families swimming in the meet. If we don't fill the 7&8 Boys tent manager positions we will have to limit the number of 7&8 boys we have swimming in future meets. 

We need:

7&8 Boys tent manager, 1st shift, 2 needed

7&8 Boys tent manager, 2nd shift, 3 needed

9&10 Girls tent manager, 2nd shift, 2 needed

Bullpen Manager, 2nd shift, 1 needed

Floater, 2nd shift, 1 needed

Place Judge, 2nd shift, 1 needed

I am attaching the heat sheet and the list of athletes with their events. Please write your child's events on their arms.

We will be handing out swim caps at the meet. T-shirts will be handed out at practice later this week.

I would suggest bringing rain coats and umbrellas and maybe a warm shirt or sweatshirt for your swimmer, just in case. If it is raining and no thunder/lightning the swimmers can swim as long as the water is clear so we can see the swimmers. 

Arrival time is still 4:30 pm.

If the meet is canceled we will swim it at home tomorrow afternoon (just our team), a virtual meet. If that happens more info will be sent out.
