Believe it or not it is time to start thinking about our last two events - ASA at Georgia Tech and the end of season Banquet!

ASA Championship finals are always the best way to end the season, with our kids swimming at Georgia Tech on Thursday, June 26th at 9:30 am. Our swimmers (not junior swimmers) are allowed to swim 2 individual events and 2 relays. Swimmers choose which individual events they want to swim. They love swimming in this Olympic pool, so please consider signing them up for it. The RSVP is currently open and you will be able to pick which events your child would like to swim when you RSVP.

The entry fee for ASA is $50 per swimmer. This fee is set by the ASA, and the entire fee goes to them. I will send out more info on how to pay soon, but you can sign up without needing to pay yet. We will also be given jobs that our team has to fulfill, which hopefully will be timing and bullpen management, but as soon as I find out I will pass that info along.

Our banquet will be held the evening of Thursday, June 26th, at 6 pm. Setup will begin at 5 pm. We will do awards at 7 pm, and then the kids can swim after.

I am looking for someone to spearhead the banquet. This would include creating a sign up genius that allows families to sign up for items, as well as helping volunteers to set up and break down the banquet. Please let me know if you are willing to help!
