Hi all -

Our next meet is tomorrow, Tuesday, June 10 at The Branches. Please be at the meet by 4:45 for a 5 pm warmup and 5:30 start time.

We are still in need of volunteers, particularly in the 9/10 age group. At this point we have 1 open 9/10 boys bullpen spot open in the first half, and both open in the 2nd half. This age group MUST step up and volunteer, as this is happening every single meet.

We also need:

One 1st shift bullpen manager

One 2nd shift master recorder

4 1st shift floaters

4 2nd shift floaters

Parking is in the parking lot, and once full will be on the street. Do not drive over the bridge to the clubhouse, or in front of no parking signs. Our bullpens are in the grassy area outside the pool near the playground.

They are asking all families to please stay off the brick pool deck during the meet in order to keep it clear for swimmer line-ups and staging. There will be some room to watch the meet on the wooden pool deck as well as up above in the tennis pavilion. We also need a first half bullpen manager, and we need a full set of floaters for each shift

Concessions will be open that evening and located on the parking lot side of the clubhouse. Cash and credit cards are accepted. They will have pizza, hamburgers, hot dogs, salad and various snacks/candy/drinks.
