Hi!

Our first week of practice is behind us! Thank you to everyone who has come and braved the cold water. Practice times will remain the same this week.

Our first meet is Tuesday, May 27th. We need all families to RSVP yes or no to this meet. Please click here and then click Meet RSVP on bottom right for the Brittany at HH meet. You can also RSVP for a volunteer shift as well. You need to RSVP by Saturday evening, May 24th.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

This meet is different than our regular meets. Because school is still in session we will have two different times for swimmers:

ALL 10 and UNDER SWIMMERS NEED TO BE AT HH BY 4pm. They will warm up and then the meet will start at approximately 4:30 pm. 

ALL 11 and OVER SWIMMERS NEED TO BE AT HH BETWEEN 5:30 pm and 6 pm. They will warm up as soon as the 10 and under session is done and our goal is to be done by 8 pm.

Because of this the meet will move fast, which means there will not be a ton of time between events. We know this can be hard but it will be the only meet where we do this. 

We also need volunteers to make the meet run quickly. Please note that when you go to sign up for a volunteer shift that the 1st shift is for 10 and under and 2nd shift is for 11 and over. Please sign up accordingly. If you have any questions about a role please let me know. We need volunteers to set up at 3:30 and clean up at approximately 8 pm. We do expect all of our families to volunteer so please sign up for a shift.
