We are still in need of volunteers for our final regular season meet tonight! If you have not signed up please take a shift so we can get the meet started on time and ended at a reasonable time! This is a big meet so it is already scheduled to go later than the previous meets, so the sooner we have all the spots filled the better!

7&8 Girls Tent Manager, 1st Shift - 1 needed

Concessions - it is going to be HOT tonight. We need people to keep us all hydrated and fed. If you are a member you can sign up for a one hour shift here. If we don't fill these spots we will NOT be able to open the concession stand, period. 

4:30 - 6, 2 needed

6 - 7:30 - 3 needed

Floaters, 2nd shift - 3 needed

Judges Recorder, 2nd shift - 1 needed

Place Judge, 1st shift - 1 needed

Post Meet Cleanup - 2 needed

We are down to our last volunteer ask, and I can express our gratitude for all the help we have received all season. Let's make sure this final regular season meet ends on a high note with all our volunteer needs met!

Attached is the heat sheet and the athlete sheet so you can write your child's info on their arms. Arrival time is 4:15, Warmup at 4:30, Start at 5:30. Kids are not allowed in the shallow end at any point during the meet.

The theme tonight is Superheroes!

Tomorrow practice is only for the kids who are attending ASA on Thursday. We will see everyone at the banquet tomorrow night at 6!
