Last Regular Meet Is Tomorrow/Info For This Week

It's hard to believe but we are almost at the end of Summer Swim Team! That doesn't mean you're done with my emails yet...but soon, I promise!

The meet this week will be our biggest one for both our team and the visiting team, Gainsborough. Because of this it is important that we have all our swimmers in the bullpen area ready to be lined up, and we have all our volunteer spots filled. We currently still have a lot of open spots, and since we have the highest number of swimmers that we have had all season that means we have the most families who should be able to help! The open spots are :

    7&8 Boys Tent Manager, 2nd shift - 1 needed

7&8 Girls Tent Manager, 1st and 2nd shifts - 1 needed per shift

    9&10 Boys Tent Manager, 1st shift - 1 needed

    Bullpen Manager, 2nd shift - 1 needed

Concessions Worker - We REALLY need help here. These aren't long shifts but they are important.

    4:30-6 - 3 needed

    6-7:30- 3 needed

    Floaters:

    1st shift - 1 needed

    2nd shift - 4 needed

    Master Recorder, 1st shift - 1 needed

Place Judge, 1st and 2nd shift - 1 needed per shift

Post Meet Cleanup - 2 needed

We plan on recognizing our 3 graduated seniors during the meet, and they have something fun planned after the meet is over, so stick around to see that!

Warmup time is 4:30, so please arrive by 4:15. The theme is Superheroes.

Practice Tuesday and Wednesday will be limited to our ASA swimmers. If you have a swimmer swimming on Thursday at ASA they will come to practice on Tuesday and Wednesday. If you do not have anyone swimming then the last practice is tomorrow (monday)! We will give our awards, ribbons, and other fun stuff at the banquet on Tuesday night at 6 pm.

If you have not signed up for the banquet to bring something please sign up here

We've had a great season and are currently 3-1, so let's have a great meet tomorrow night and bring that record up to 4-1! I am so proud of how much our swimmers have grown, and how helpful all the families have been.

    Thanks!

    Andrea
