Hi parents. Another big day tomorrow!  Once again, it's a meter pool so a bit longer than ours.

I'm passing on the information that was shared from Byrnwyck regarding parking and food. Please bring all your dollars and support their club by enjoying the food they supply.

I will send out the heat sheet later tonight when I get it which will include our relays. Relays are always subject to change based on people that are not able to make it or fall ill at the meet.  

Since you will have the heat sheet and you would like to write on your children,  I've attached an example. You only have to write the information that is in color. The rest is to explain it. We will double check everyone in the morning.  And feel free to print your own copy.

We also need to supply four timers, two bullpen parents, and one deck manager like we did last week. If you are any of those people, please reply to this email with your preference.

As far as seating is concerned, I plan to get there tomorrow around 8:00 and hope to secure a spot on the pool deck near the baby pool. If you are faster than me, please help find that spot over there.

I always recommend that you bring chairs because there are only so many available.

We look forward to hosting everyone at the Byrnwyck pool this Saturday. The pool is located at 1000 Byrnwyck Rd NE, Brookhaven, GA 30319. The pool is a 6-lane meter pool.

We will have no parking signs on one side of the street--thank you for observing these. Please do not block any of the neighbor's driveways and please observe the speed limit.

Concessions

We will have Chick-fil-a Chicken Biscuits, Dunkin Donuts, pop tarts, water, Gatorade, coffee, candy, and bananas at our concession stand. Please encourage your members to bring small bills for the concession stand.

We'll be ready to open the pool for warmups at 8 am with a 9 am first race.
