This site has lots of info about the meet as well as heat sheets, how to watch, etc.

Carpool Contact info - if your child is going by carpool or is getting dropped of, please provide the following to Beth or Andrea on a piece of paper via your child:

Child's name    Your name     Cell phone

Food - bring your own food please.  There will not be any food available there.  No large coolers so pack your kiddo's lunch box:0)

Clothes - come in your shirt and swimsuit.   We are handing out divisional-specific shirts at the pool at 630-645 tomorrow morning before we push to GT.   

Kids are encouraged to only bring their towel, goggles, caps as clothing is not needed.  Keep the rest in the car.

ASA clothing will be sold.... check the website for more info.

Heat Sheets - I'm pretty sure I just killed a tree while printing abbreviated heat sheets for our coaches.  If you are coming as a volunteer parent, please print one for yourself.

Entertainment - there is a lot more sitting and waiting at this meet although it will go fast.  Please send your kids with some form of entertainment and label it!  

Meeting location at 0745 - if you get separated from the team while parking, we will meet at this location:

First tree near Ferst St at the crosswalk on the right-hand side.  

Departure - kids are welcome to leave once they are cleared to go by Ms. Andrea (as in no more swims and your parent is waiting).

For our volunteers, please do not plan to leave prior to the end of the meet esp if you have kids to take home.  However, we'll see what the rhythm is like and go from there.
