Hey everyone!

The Hammerheads are on a bit of a growth spurt recently.  At 185 active children this year we have grown nearly 60% in just two years! Those 185 children represent 116 families with 32 new families and 78 new swimmers which make for lots of learning and fun! It is incredibly exciting to be a part of something so full of life and energy in the place we all call home!

But with growth comes some added expenses. That is why we are having our upcoming crawfish boil and that is why I need all of your help. If we all pitch in, we can raise the money we need to cover some of the added equipment and personnel costs that have come about from our growth. This will help ensure the Hammerheads’ program is strong for your children and the children to come.

Since you all have a lot on your plate…I’m going to make this easy for you…

Do one, two or three of the following to support our team.

• 1.Attend or Give | I need everyone to make plans to either attend or make a contribution on behalf of your family if you won’t be able to join in on the fun. (Click here to register for a spot to sit or make a donation -see tabs at the top.)
• Seating Reservations
• 2.Sign up to serve! | For those attending, we are asking every family to send us at least one person to cover at least one shift. (Click here to sign up to serve!)
• Volunteer Slots
• 3.Donate Goods | Sausage, corn, drinks, and so much more! If everyone can give something we’ll have plenty to share for the guests who decide to join us for this fun day. (Click here to sign up to donate goods or money.)

So, here are the important details:

• The event will be held on Saturday from 12-5pm at the club (members are welcome to enjoy the pool).
• There will be a live band to entertain us all.
• We will be selling Crawfish with the fixins’, cups for beer, and Banana Pudding.
• The club will be selling their normal fare from the concession stand for all those that just aren’t fans of crawfish.
• Cost for the crawfish and such are as follows:
• All orders include 1 bottled water or soft drink
