Hi all.  Our first meet is next week.  For those that know all about this, please use the link to sign your child up (or not) for the meet and the relays.  Since these meets will be shorter this week, I would imagine everyone will be available for relays at the end of the meets.

But, for all our new families, this is how it works:

1st - this week we will have 3 days of meets where we will compete "virtually" with another team which means they conduct their meet at their facility and we conduct ours at ours and we never actually see each other.  Then we merge their results with our results to get the end results.  

2nd - we will have 3 separate meets to manage the numbers on deck:

Tuesday - showtime for each meet is 430pm for the swimmers and the meet will start at 5pm.  EVERYONE IS EXPECTED TO ATTEND.

6& Unders will swim on Tuesday - no level 1s or 4yo.  We will update the roster by Friday to show who will be in the meet but still need your availability updated.  As far as we are concerned, if your child is able to make it across the pool unassisted, they get to be in the meet.

8&U will swim on Wednesday

9 and overs will swim on Thursday

3rd - in order to compete in the meet, I need to know every swimmer's availability.  Please use the link above to update your child's availability.  We will NOT put your swimmer in the meet unless you update it.  Yes or No answers are required.  With 181 swimmers, I really need your help on this or your child doesn't swim in the meet.

Meets from start to finish should be no more than 2 hours (not including warm-ups).

We will have food available to our kiddos as it's half the reason they come to swim.

And, I will be asking for more volunteers later because without volunteers, we can't have a meet.  Again, more to follow on that.
