Parents, below is the letter we send out to local businesses to support our program.  We have a goal each year that allows us to best support our swimmers through the purchase of a variety of equipment.  This year's goal is $3500.  So, if you or someone you know has a business that would like to sponsor us, please let me know or contact our Sponsorship Rep (Susanne who is noted below).

Every summer the Huntley Hills Hammerheads Swim Team has approximately 175 participants on the swim team with kids 4 - 18 years of age. We also have over 200 spectators at each swim meet not including the other competing swim team and their spectators.

This year's swim team season will be May 10th thru June 25th. Participants come from all over the North DeKalb area to compete at our pool and we will proudly wear our t-shirts (with your name/logo on it) to our meets. Our swimmers LOVE their shirts and wear them all the time, not just during swim season! It is a privilege to get to swim at Huntley Hills as we have grown and developed through this strange last year.

We realize you likely receive many requests for sponsorships and want to make sure your investment will generate a meaningful return. Our levels of sponsorship listed below indicate the advertising exposure with each level. If you choose to make a donation outside these levels, please know that any contribution is greatly appreciated.

Silver Level - $150-299 donation:

Link to your website with your logo on our website on the front page at www.hhstc.com.

Gold Level - $300-499 donation: In addition to having your logo and website on our webpage, you will get your logo on our Sponsor Board that is prominently displayed at the pool for one year. You will also get your company name and description of your company announced during each of our home swim meets.

Platinum Level - $500+ donation: (in addition to all benefits listed above) Your company name will be listed on our Championship t-shirts that are proudly worn at the Championship meet at Georgia Tech.

If you would like to become a Silver, Gold or Platinum sponsor of the 2021 Hammerheads Swim Team, I will put you in touch with our board member who handles sponsorships.

If you’d like, we also love support in the form of spirit nights or in-kind donations or services (food, entertainment, supplies, etc). Our purpose for sponsorship funds this year is to pay for coach and swim development, new flags, and to build up funds to purchase our big-ticket item of new lane ropes
